Dear Sharon, I want to thank you for the generous gift of $100.00 in support of Windham & Windsor Housing Trust. This year the Housing Trust celebrates its 30th anniversary and we are so thankful to have you be a part of this momentous occasion! With the support of people like you, 1,400 community members from Whitingham to Ludlow now live in warm, attractive apartments that they can afford. Homes, and homeowners, throughout Windham and Windsor counties are safer because of you! Supporting our Home Repair Program has given 133 homeowners in the last five years the new roofs, furnaces, accessibility modifications, water systems or other critical home improvements they needed to be safe in their homes. And, in 2016 alone, 26 formerly homeless individuals and families were provided housing and the supportive services they need to be successful. Your help has improved the health and well-being of our communities' members, and contributed to the building of strong and inclusive communities.
